Trust Values
Love, Hope, Joy
When we speak of LOVE, we want to embrace all in our community. By HOPE, we mean entering each day with an expectation of a great today and an even bright tomorrow. When we know JOY, we are excited about what we are doing in the pursuit of excellence.
A welcome from
Thank you for visiting. It is my privilege to welcome you! We are a thriving school Trust, serving 28 schools and nearly 5,000 pupils within the Diocese of Salisbury. We strive to go 'beyond expectations for all of God's children' as we serve through our values of LOVE, HOPE and JOY.
Whether you are an existing pupil, staff member or parent/carer, or whether you are exploring joining one of our schools, or the Trust, for whatever reason, we hope you enjoy exploring. Please feel free to get in touch with us or any of our schools, and we would love to tell you more.
Best wishes,
Mark Lacey

Before the Easter break, all DSAT staff took part in our Trust-wide INSET day, focusing on 'Improving Learning For All' Working together in Hubs, staff explored cognitive theory, principles of effective learning and tangible pedagogical approaches that meet the learning needs faced on a daily basis. Sessions were led online by WALKTHRUs trainer Matt Stone, and co-facilitated by Headteachers This was an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues from across the Trust, reflecting on different experiences, sharing best practice and developing strategies to improve the learning experience for all pupils
